Berlin - Monument

This is the monument for the fallen Jewish population of Europe. We saw the weirdest thing, a balloon hovering above the city. This was shot from a moving bus so the lamppost appeared that just be chance. Don't ask me what the strange light circle is near where the post meets the skyline.
